Other parts warranty:
 
1.Stem, seat post, pedal, kickstand, disc brake ,for quality problems or electric plating damage fracture blister of large area to replace in six months(except for artificial damage)
2.Saddle, luggage carrier, seat post clamp, spoke and fender for quality problem will be replacing in six months.
3.Inner tire with leakage will be replaced in one month. The outer tire will be replaced in three months if it cranks naturally.

 
 
OWNER’S WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the device’s owner, you are responsible for the performance of the required maintenance. You may be denied a warranty claim solely because of your failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance. As the owner, you should be aware that you may be denied your warranty coverage if your device or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unapproved modifications.
 
Failure caused by the following cases are not included in the warranty contents. However, the designated store or sales dealer has the responsibility and obligation to provide paid repair service:

1.Without invoice and the warranty.
2.Using and maintaining without complying with the user’s manual.
3.Using the electrical bicycle for other purposes or dangerous acts.  
4.Dismantling the parts without permission or improperly use and storage.
5.Without using the original parts.
6.Traffic accidents or other accidents.
7.Anti-rust layer damage caused by abnormal use, which leads to the corrosion and fracture of the 
    parts.
8.Riding on the abnormal road conditions.
9.Commercial rental use.
10.Irresistible natural disasters.
